We’ve now hit the middle of November and rapping recruiter Honey G is definitely Stayin’ Alive in this year’s ITV reality show The X Factor.

Honey G, who we’re sure everyone by now knows is the alter ego of Anna Georgette Gilford, managing director of recruitment firm ARG Search, survived yet another week in the TV singing competition with her rendition of the Bee Gees 1970s disco classic Stayin’ Alive.

Elsewhere in reality TV Land, despite being summoned to the dreaded boardroom showdown, fellow recruiter and professional search agent at IBM Trishna Thakrar also survived in the latest edition of The Apprentice on the BBC last Thursday.

Could Honey G actually win The X Factor? Well, it wouldn’t be the strangest thing to happen this year…
