Recruiters in Belgium have seen a 34.1% increase in activity levels, according to research from the country’s Federation of HR service providers Federgon.

The research covering the second quarter of this year represents the fifth consecutive quarter that growth in activity levels has been recorded.

Ann Cattelain, co-ordinator of Federgon’s recruitment, search and selection division, said she thinks this upward trend is set to continue.

Research published by last month by Eurociett, the European Confederation of Private Employment Services, now known as the World Employment Confederation Europe, showed sales revenue growth of 8% for recruiters operating in Belgium, according to its September 2016 Agency Business Indicator.
