Midlands recruiter eResponse Group has created a new three-person human resources department to oversee training and development of more than 100 staff.

The team will be led by Trudy Harding, supported by Stacey Campion, who will deliver the training to staff and administrator Alison Fry.

The new department will ensure individual staff progress is reviewed, with set goals and support. It will also cover induction programmes for new starters at all levels of the business.

The recruiter specialises in key sectors including warehousing, manufacturing, office-based, logistics, contact centre, media, design, business administration and NVQ qualifications such as sales, logistics, customer service and fork-lift truck driving.

The BBC reports today [30 April 2025] that the North-West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is planning job cuts, as well as cutting its expenditure on bank and agency staff.
