Talent relationship marketing platform Phenom People has partnered with software-as-a-service (SaaS) talent acquisition provider iCIMS.

Phenom People’s platform, which aims to help companies create an engaging candidate experience, now offers integration into the iCIMS Talent Platform, a suite of talent acquisition tools enabling organisations to attract, screen and hire talent.

The partnership offers a seamless transfer of application data from the Phenom People TRM Cloud Platform into the iCIMS Talent Platform, where recruiters can manage hiring within a single, cloud-based application.
