USG People completes delisting

Dutch recruiter USG People has completed its delisting and converted into a Dutch private limited liability company following its acquisition by Japan-based staffing conglomerate Recruit.

Dutch recruiter USG People has completed its delisting and converted into a Dutch private limited liability company following its acquisition by Japan-based staffing conglomerate Recruit.

In a statement USG said its listing and trading of its shares on Euronext Amsterdam has today been terminated and following a meeting of the general meeting of shareholders of USG People on 12 May 2016 USG has converted from a Dutch public company to a Dutch private limited liability company.

Recruit completed its acquisition of USG People on 27 June.
