Language specialists ABL Recruitment has promoted Tracy Durrant to managing director. 

Durrant has been with the business for three years, as operations director. In this role, she conducted a complete re-evaluation of the business, implementing a new sales strategy, hiring plan and rebrand of the business from its former name Appointments bi Language. 

Nicole Debson, founder of ABL, said: “Tracy has led a significant change programme within ABL over the past three years and is in place to lead the business as we move forward with our ambitious growth plans.”
