Global executive search recruiter Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Marcus de Luca as partner in its financial services practice.

Based in London, de Luca will lead the firm’s European infrastructure and real assets practice, part of the financial services practice.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, de Luca was a partner at global executive recruiter Korn Ferry, based in Melbourne, Australia, and brings more than 15 years’ experience of leading senior-level searches in the European, North American and Asia Pacific regions.
