Diversity consultancy The Clear Company has appointed Nick Hallwood as chief operating officer.

Hallwood joins to spearhead the firm’s Clear Talents offering – an online product that aims to help companies manage the inclusion, well-being, employee engagement, and diversity of the whole workforce.

He was previously global vice president of product development at talent management firm CEB/SHL Group.
