Elite Leaders appoints new Executive Team member

Elite Leaders is delighted to announce the appointment of Chris O’Connell to its Executive team.

An experienced industry professional, O’Connell began his recruitment career at SThree, leaving as top biller to co-found Timothy James Consulting as CEO before selling in 2011 and exiting the business in 2014. He has held multiple executive director positions since then and called on as business coach for many companies, scaling businesses and advising on M&As.

A statement from Elite Leaders said: “This appointment bolsters the Executive team at Elite Leaders, further cementing us as the organic growth, M&A and exits partner to the recruitment industry.”

Sid Barnes and Tara Ricks, co-owners of Elite Leaders, added: “We are delighted to add Chris to our Exec Team and joining us in supporting our cohort of ambitious, fast-growth businesses. He has been there and done it, and the fit is perfect.”

Following the appointment of Nick Russell in January, O’Connell also joins Barnes, Ricks and Sue Evans on the Elite Leaders Executive team.
