Tech company Tinyyo and recruitment agency Adam Butler Consultancy have launched an app called Step Ladder.

Described by the companies as “Tinder for recruitment”, the app enables companies to find individuals that could be a good match. Jobseekers and employers can review one another and request more information. They can then set up a partnership but can only do this once they have set up a meeting to find out more about one another.

The app is available on the Apple app store and the Google Play store to download.
