IT recruiter Jumar Solutions has completed a re-organisation of its business due to its launch of a new flexible resourcing model.

The model offers a service in which candidates are placed, often without the client having to interview them, and is managed by a Jumar delivery manager.

To enable Jumar to deliver its new model more widely, the firm has launched a major re-organisation at its offices in Birmingham and Manchester.

All delivery aspects of the new model will be overseen by newly promoted delivery director, Kevin Tate, who will be supported by two new team leaders James Hyam in Birmingham and Abbi Mansbridge in Manchester.

The re-organisation also sees Becky Goodfellow promoted to the role of government and digital sector account manager.
