Canadian design agency Critical Mass has launched a recruitment campaign that seeks to tap into the growing disillusionment among Americans, seeing expression in the US presidential race through controversial Republican candidate Donald Trump and his equally anti-establishment Democrat rival Bernie Sanders.

The agency has created MovetoCanadaEh.com a tongue in check attempt exhorting Americans to ‘Make Canada Even Greater’ by joining their team, reports marketing and media industry website The Drum.

The campaign highlights the stability of their home country famed for its mounted police, lumber jacks and maple syrup.

The campaign comes in the wake of a 1,000% spike in the search term ‘move to Canada’ in recent weeks, with 28% of US voters said to be considering a move.

The campaign has seen traffic to Critical Mass’s Toronto careers site surge by 2,310%, and 244% to its site for its Calgary office.
