Digital recruiter Sphere London has appointed Kevin Board as associate director to lead its new tech division.

Board joins from digital recruiter Propel, where he was head of technology and creative services.

Sphere’s new division will recruit Open Source, Java, .Net and mobile app professionals in contract and permanent roles.
