US executive and leadership consulting firm RSR Partners has appointed Nick Risom as chief operating officer.

Risom joins from Alliant Insurance Services, where he worked as an adviser helping clients mitigate corporate and personal risk as well as providing employee benefits solutions to multinational corporations, private companies, and small businesses . 

He will be based in the firm’s Greenwich, Connecticut office.
