Global executive search and interim management provider Norrie Johnston Recruitment has appointed Bhumika Zhaveri as associate director to develop its talent management offering.

Bhumika most recently worked at talent management consultancy BZ Consultants, a company she founded, where she worked on global resourcing programmes for IT and technology companies.
