Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Bonnie Gwin and Jeff Sanders as co-managing partners of its global chief executive officer and board practice.

Gwin was previously managing partner of the board practice in North America, while Sanders led its North American chief executive practice. 

Both are based in New York.
