The Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) has announced the line up for its board of directors for 2016.

The board consists of elected officers from each of AESC’s three Regional Councils: Americas; Asia Pacific and Middle East; and Europe, Israel and Africa.

The 2016 board is:

Krista Walochik, Talengo, vice chair

Dinesh Mirchandani, Boyden, secretary and treasurer

Karen Greenbaum, AESC, ex-officio

Ineke Arts, Hoffmann & Associates/IIC

Paul Benson, Korn Ferry

Richard Boggis-Rolfe, Odgers Berndtson

Kate Bullis, SEBA International

Dorota Czarnota, Russell Reynolds Associates

Thomas Fuller, Epsen Fuller/IMD

Nobi Kaneko, Kaneko & Associates

Alan Kaplan, Kaplan Partners

Steve Mullinjer, Heidrick & Struggles

AESC also has three regional councils. For AESC’s Council for the Americas, Kaplan is appointed chair, Bullis vice chair, and Fuller secretary and treasurer.

For Asia Pacific and Middle East: Mullinjer is chair, Mirchandani is vice chair; and Kaneko is secretary and treasurer.

For Europe, Israel and Africa: Walochik continues as chair, as does Benson as vice chair, while Boggis-Rolfe is secretary and treasurer.
