Recruitment Management Group (RMG) has promoted Giles Hampson to director.

Hampson joined the executive headhunting, search and selection, and talent acquisition firm in 2007 as a graduate recruiter.

He was most recently a business manager for the firm’s healthcare division. As a director he now takes the lead in managing key clients, developing and growing the firm’s healthcare division and contributing to the strategic growth plans of RMG.
