Employer brand agency Hodes has appointed Ajay Kutty as senior vice president, omnichannel talent platform. 

Kutty is responsible for the management and ongoing development of the Hodes Omnichannel Talent Cloud solution – an integrated solution for employer branding and talent marketing.

He was previously vice president, business applications for software company PTC, leading its enterprise applications group. 

According to his LinkedIn profile, Kutty is based in the Greater Boston area.
