Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Carlos Garcia to lead its Los Angeles office.

Garcia continues in his role as partner for supply chain and operations.

Garcia joined Heidrick & Struggles from a global executive search firm where he served as senior client partner. According to his LinkedIn profile, he was previously at global executive search firm Korn Ferry.

Meanwhile, Lyndon Taylor has been appointed to lead the firm’s Chicago office.

He continues in his role as partner within the firm's financial services practice, as well as its chief executive and board practice. According to his LinkedIn profile, he was previously a managing director at executive search firm Russell Reynolds.
