US-based staffing company JCBHoldings is to open offices in Amsterdam and Barcelona. 

The expansion into Europe will be supported by a new leadership team. Carolina Salazar joins as managing director for EMEA [Europe, Middle East, Africa], along with Henk Dijstra, while Melissa Orang comes in as creative talent agent.
