International recruitment and search consultancy Eames Consulting Group has promoted Sanjeev Vegad to associate director. 

Vegad joined Eames in 2012 as a senior consultant, moving into a management role in 2014 in the established broking, claims and underwriting team. Under his leadership, the team has grown to be one of the top performing teams in the business.
