Irish recruitment and HR services provider Collins McNicholas has undergone a management buyout, with co-founder Colman Collins selling his shareholding to Niall Murray, Antoinette O’Flaherty and Michelle Murphy.

Irish recruitment and HR services provider Collins McNicholas has undergone a management buyout, with co-founder Colman Collins selling his shareholding to Niall Murray, Antoinette O’Flaherty and Michelle Murphy.

Collins, formerly the managing director, is succeeded by Murray.

O’Flaherty and Murphy have been appointed directors.

A company statement says Collins will remain in a management consultancy role and will retain his seat on the board.
