Search consultancy Balance Recruitment has given senior consultant John Skillern a new remit covering senior appointments.

Skillern, who joined the business in 2014 recruiting predominately across risk & compliance, will now focus on senior level appointments for the firm’s practice management and business services senior appointments division.
