International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Luis Vilatela to head up its new Mexico City office.

Client partner Vilatela takes the role of country manager for Mexico.

Meanwhile, the firm has also appointed Manish Joshi as principal within its Mumbai team in India. He joins from real estate company the Lodha group where he was general manager – talent acquisition.
