Global talent consultancy Mercer has appointed Terri Lucas as UK client growth leader.

Lucas will be responsible for developing new and existing client relationships, managing sales, client management and working in partnership with client leader functions. 

She reports to Mercer UK chief executive Fiona Dunsire. 

Lucas joins from pensions consultancy Hymans Robertson where she held various management roles.
