Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Ron Lumbra as region leader for the Americas.

He succeeds Torrey Foster who led the region from 2013 and who becomes partner responsible for both the firm’s consumer and chief executive & board practices.

Lumbra joins from global executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates where he was managing director.

He is based in the Greater New York City area.
