Oxfordshire recruiter Allen Associates has appointed Constance Farthing as senior consultant within its HR division.

She joins from food supplier Fresh Direct where she was project manager, sales.

The recruiter has also appointed Katya Brady as administrator in its marketing division.

She is a recent psychology graduate from the University of Gloucestershire.
