US blue-collar staffing specialist TrueBlue has seen year-on-year revenues increase by 38%, according to its second-quarter results for Q2 2015.

The group’s results, published yesterday, show revenues of $628m (£400m), up from $453m for Q2 2014.

Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) for the period increased by 46% to $36.7m from $25.2m a year ago.

Commenting on the results, TrueBlue chief executive Steve Cooper said the group’s staffing, workforce management and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) businesses, combined with its acquisition strategy, had placed it in a position to drive strong revenue growth.
