Sales staffing specialist JPA Holdings has secured a deal to sells its Fusion Appointments division to Fusion’s founder and director Gina Van Der Westhuizen and non-executive director Martyn Rose.

In a statement, JPA said following a merger of the two companies two-and-a-half years ago it felt it was the right time to separate the two companies again as all the efficiencies that could have been made have carried out.

Commenting on the agreement, JPA group managing director James Pritchard said the deal was an example of a good turnaround story that enabled Fusion to go on to become a larger entity, and allowed JPA greater freedom to invest in other businesses.
