Careers site and recruitment firm 2to3days.com has launched, aiming to attract women back to work if only for two or three days a week.

Set up by founder and chief executive Juliet Turnbull, among other groups the service aims to tackle the talent drain of women who leave the workforce when they have children.

Through an interactive dashboard 2to3days.com operates as a community offering expertise, advice and planning tools.

The services help like-minded mothers join forces as mentors/mentees and job-shares, to provide tools like the “reality check exercise” that helps mothers plan their work and salary requirements.

Mothers, employers, recruiters and experts in personal and professional development can join the site, though people who do not fit any of these criteria can also join by clicking a ‘none of the above’ option.
