Recruitment process outsourcing and managed service provider Resource Solutions has appointed Sarah Rutland-Barsby sales manager.

She moves following 14 years at global professional recruitment consultancy Morgan McKinley, where she was most recently associate director. 

Her role at Resource Solutions will be in supporting business growth plans for its commercial client base.

She is based in London.
