San Francisco-based venture capital firm Homebrew has appointed Beth Scheer as head of talent.

Sheer joins the company after 12 years at Google and Salesforce, where she participated in and led recruitment for every function including engineering, sales and leadership. 

At Homebrew she will primarily be working with engineering-based portfolio companies. She is based in San Francisco.
