Wilson, a strategic marketer at The Marketing Consultancy, who will be responsible for a strategic and digital marketing overhaul at Change, is one of three external appointments.

The second is creative digital agency Giant Peach, which has been charged with reviewing the brand, and developing a new website with improved user experience and customer relationship management (CRM) integration. Lastly, Edinburgh-based PR agency Clark Communications, headed by Lesley Brydon, has been appointed to raise the profile of the Change business across key sectors and business media. 

Commenting on the appointments, Mark McFall, Change managing director, who has overseen an overhaul of the firm’s senior team, said: “We’ve selected partners that are experienced but with an eye to customer experience and best-in-class delivery.”
