International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Elissa Wilding as client partner. 

The former chief executive of a digital satellite TV station in South Africa, Wilding has built management teams in television and served as a strategic adviser for companies entering the advertising market.

She joins from executive search firm Hoggett Bowers, where she worked with executive boards to provide expert advice on strategic recruitment and will be based in London.
