Kingston-based recruitment agency Office Zebra has launched a video recruitment solution, Smartview.

The free to use, mobile-compatible software stores competency-based interviews in video format within an existing suite of online tools.

When looking for candidates, Office Zebra clients can watch existing interviews or create a set of interview questions to be emailed to jobseekers. The jobseekers then respond in their own time but before a given deadline, thereby removing the need to schedule an interview.
