The FISER Group, which incorporates BRUIN Financial, IBAM Consulting and LUDGATE Search, has appointed Miranda Newboult as head of talent management.

In a statement, chief executive Robert Thesiger said the group had “ambitious plans” for the next few years and “investing in our employees’ development is central to our strategy”.

He later told Recruiter BRUIN would be taking on 13 graduates for its academy next month, while both IBAM Consulting and LUDGATE Search were growing with “key experienced hires” joining in the coming weeks and months.
