International recruiter Eames Consulting Group has hired Isabel Beins as regional operations manager for its relocated Singapore operations.

Beins joins from energy staffing specialist Spencer Ogden where she was an office manager.

Eames has also appointed three new consultants to its Singapore office, with Charlie Lam joining its compliance team, and Shirley Javier and David Brian appointed to its broking, claims and underwriting division.

It is relocating to a larger offices to accommodate an expanding team in Singapore, providing space to nearly double its existing headcount, according to the company.
