Pierce Casey, chairman and director of executive search firm Norman Broadbent, will be retiring from the board on 30 June 2015.

He has been chairman since June 2010 and will be replaced by Scanes Bentley.

Most recently he was a partner for 12 years at management consultancy and outsourcing firm Accenture, where in the last five years he was responsible for running the financial services and TMT consulting practices in London.

Also leaving the business is non-executive director Bruce Lakefield, who resides in the US and retired on March 10; and Jan Cameron who sat on the board as well as leading the group's internal HR function. She left in April.
