HR experts debate talent management at London HR Connection

Is talent management the future of HR or is it a ‘flash in the pan’? Will talent acquisition and talent development always be two separate functions? Or will they merge and potentially become the beast that will displace traditional HR?

These are the questions that will be discussed at the next London HR Connection/London School of Economics debate on 16 April. The panellists are: Kim Brosnan, group talent director at Which?;  Seb O’Connell, managing director of talent management consultancy Cielo; Keith Robson, senior director, learning and organisational development, eBay Global; Recruiter editor DeeDee Doke.

Paul Gollan, visiting professor in LSE’s Department of Management, will chair the panel.

The debate will take place at the London School of Economics, New Academic Building, London from 6pm.
