Manufacturing and engineering recruiter Ford & Stanley Group has appointed James Wall as managing director for its specialist rail and engineering recruitment business.

Wall joins from engineering recruiter Shorterm, where he was a director responsible for managing contract and permanent recruitment services. His work included running a large rail recruitment contract in the UK with international aerospace and transportation company Bombardier.

Ford & Stanley’s other services include executive, permanent, contract and master vendor recruitment.
