International energy recruiter Spencer Ogden has partnered with Utilities Academy, a provider of training centres for the smart dual fuel scheme.

Spencer Ogden has committed to provide 2,000 engineers over the next four years to be trained at the flagship Bradford centre.

Those engineers will go on to form part of the estimated 10,000 needed to ensure energy saving smart meters are installed in every UK home and business by 2020.
