Arnold will manage the company’s Sydney office.
She previously worked for specialist technology recruiter Greythorn and has more than 10 years’ experience in digital and technology recruitment.
The appointment is part of the company’s plans to extend its reach in the Asia Pacific region and follows the announcement of a restructure of the leadership team in that region last month.
