Engineering recruiter Matchtech has won a six-year contract to supply permanent and contract staff for water and wastewater services provider Southern Water.

The contract appointment is effective immediately and will see the expansion of Southern Water’s engineering team.
The division is about 40-strong and the company has plans to double numbers over the coming year.
Noting a skills shortage within the engineering sector, a statement from Matchtech said it would be looking at candidates with transferrable skills, for example, oil & gas engineers.
