Tue, 10 Mar 2015Insurance intermediary Hastings Direct is to create 230 jobs with the opening of a new customer service centre in Leicester.

In a statement, the group said the centre is to open in May, initially creating 40 roles and then 230 by the end of the year.

Hastings adds it will work closely with Leicester and De Montfort universities, Leicester College and the job centre to help identify opportunities for a range of people and experience levels, while training and development will also be provided.
