London-based technology and digital recruiter La Fosse Associates has named Jonathan McKay as non-executive chairman of the board.

According to a company statement, McKay brings more than 30 years of international experience helping grow technology businesses.

He is chairman of online fundraising platform JustGiving and London-based start-up catalyst Forward Partners, which provides funding and advice.
