Founded in 2003 by Malcolm Elson, Personell Solutions supplies industrial, driving and commercial staff across Essex, Kent and into London.

According to a press release, the acquisition will offer gap personnel a springboard into the South-East.

Gary Dewhurst, gap’s founder and chief executive, is “bullish about the prospects for this partnership” and says the demand for “industrial recruitment services is especially strong in the South-East”.
