Staffline releases positive trading update in line with expectations

Recruitment services, training and welfare-to-work provider Staffline has today [6 January] issued a trading update in which it states its full-year earnings will be “in line with market expectations”.

Publication of full preliminary results for the year ended 31 December is expected on 28 January.

In a statement, the company said all its divisions have traded well over the year with key contract wins in both the recruitment services and welfare-to-work arenas.

Over the past year Staffline has won a Ministry of Justice rehabilitation contract in Warwickshire and West Mercia, while in June completed the acquisition of welfare-to-work provider Avanta.
