Mon, 26 Jan 2015Global energy recruiter Spencer Ogden has expanded its Asia-Pacific (APAC) headquarters in Singapore.

The firm has taken on 12,000 sq ft of office space in Raffles Place and plans to hire about 60 new consultants, doubling its current headcount.
