Game-changer leader ‘must-haves’ revealed

According to research from talent consultancy eg 1, 56% of the 242 business executives polled said creativity and innovation was required by game changers, followed by 39% and 36% respectively who said instigating change and strategic thinking must make up part of the DNA for leaders.

Other characteristics listed by executives were the ability to: take people with them (30%), drive growth (29%), excel in tough times (21%), start new projects (16%), drive through results (15%), take a global perspective (14%), have strong ethics (13%), make decisions easily (9%) and drive through processes (6%).
